Joseph Rollo

Managing Attorney

Joseph M Rollo Esquire, a native of Italy, obtained his law degree at Villanova University with post graduate studies at the University of Milan, Italy. He has been an attorney practicing law for the past 42 years, with an emphasis on all aspects of Immigration Law, business, family defense for removal, for the last 35 years during which time he has been the managing attorney for Joseph M Rollo & Associates P.C. He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. The firm also deals with personal injury, corporate and business matters including Italian real estate matters and acquisition of Italian citizenship. Joseph Rollo has also developed a particular specialty in visas for individuals involved in import/export activities, as well as those who have invested in business ventures in the United States.   

 

At a personal level, Mr. Rollo’s immigrant background has provided him with the necessary sensitivity and empathy for the plight of those who seek to either be admitted into the U.S, legalized or protected from removal, thus helping successfully a countless number of individuals and their families through the years.

Christian Rollo

Associate Attorney

Christian is a native of South Philadelphia and is an alumni of both St. Joseph’s Preparatory and Saint Joseph’s University. After working for three years in Data Analytics, he decided to make a career change to practicing Immigration law alongside his father. He is a graduate, cum laude, from the Thomas R Kline School of law and is has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania since 2019. He has experience representing countless individuals from all over the world before various USCIS Offices and Immigration Courts across the country including: New Jersey, Virginia, San Francisco, Atlanta, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Louisiana. Christian is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. 

Christine Flowers

Associate Attorney

Christine Flowers has been working in the immigration field for three decades, all of them with the Law Offices of Joseph Rollo. She specializes in removal defense, asylum, humanitarian visas and family-based immigration. She has also had extensive experience with employment-based visas for artists, athletes and medical researchers. She has represented clients before the USCIS in numerous cities around the country, and has appeared in immigration courts in Philadelphia, New York, Newark, Baltimore, Arlington, Detroit, Seattle, York, Elizabeth and Oakdale. A 1987 graduate of Villanova Law School and a 1983 graduate of Bryn Mawr College, she has pursued additional studies at the University of Pennsylvania, the Sorbonne and Loyola University in Rome. Formerly a high school language teacher, she is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian. Christine’s greatest joy is helping immigrants realize their dream of establishing roots in the United States.
